What is the price for the released units?
We do not have the individual unit’s pricing, thus, please advise that the indicative pricing is $1,100 to $1,300. Normally smaller-sized units command higher psf.
What is the use of the Project Account?
Recently, booking of units are prior to preview with the Developer clearing cheques with the appointed agencies. You may have reservations parting blank cheques to appointed agents like myself. Thus, we advise clients to write the project account on the cheque so that once the price range quoted on the authorization letter fits your requirements, we can proceed to book the unit on your behalf.

Please be informed that collection of cheques DO NOT CONSTITUTE TO CONFIRMATION OF UNIT.
Henceforth, it is advisable for you to choose a few units of your preference as we are unable to confirm the particular units that the Developer intends to launch and availability at this point in time.
